STEP 1: For prescription orders, obtain a valid prescription from your physician for the medications you would like to order. For maximum savings, we recommend that you order in bulk. Therefore, ask your doctor to write you a one year prescription in the form of a 3 month supply plus 3 refills for EACH medication.

2. Click Checkout and Complete our simple 4-Step Process
    

3. Fax or Mail a copy of your Prescription(s) from your Doctor.  Our 24-hr toll-free fax number is 1-877-278-5359.  Upon receipt of your order and prescriptions, your order will be processed and shipped.

Option B)  Download and Print our Prescription Order Forms:

STEP 3: If you've chosen to Download and Print our order forms, you'll need to complete, sign and fax all forms, including original prescriptions.

STEP 4: Upon receipt of your order, your order will be processed and shipped.  Please allow 8-12 business days from the day we receive your completed paperwork and prescriptions for processing and delivery of your medications.  If needed, a Customer Care Representative will contact you by telephone to verify your information and confirm your order.
